So to filter Data correctly in Excel follow the steps given below:

1. Choose the Entire Data

2. On the Data tab, in the Sort & Filter group, click Filter

3. Arrow in the Column Header will appear

4. Click the Arrow next to City

5. Click on Select All to clear all the checkboxes, and click the check box next to Gurgaon.

6. Click OK

7. Excel will display the amount paid by the Client from various Locations in Gurgaon City

To calculate the Sum in Excel, follow the steps given below:

1. Select a cell you want to sum

2. Go to Home Tab

3. Click on Auto sum drop-down and click on the Sum option

4 . Lastly, Excel will calculate the sum
